This plan is formulated to guide the scientific and rational application of new coronavirus antigen detection in various regions, standardize the management of disposal after positive antigen detection, and further improve the ability of "early detection".

Applicable population for antigen detection

(1) People who go to grassroots medical and health institutions for treatment and have respiratory tract, fever and other symptoms within 5 days.

(2) Isolation and observation personnel, including personnel in isolated observation at home, tight and sub tight connection, inbound isolation and observation, closed control area and control area.

(3) Community residents who need antigen self testing. 2、 Antigen detection in basic level medical and health institutions When basic level medical and health institutions receive people with respiratory tract, fever and other symptoms and symptoms within 5 days, institutions with nucleic acid detection capabilities should be the first choice for nucleic acid detection; If they do not have the ability to detect nucleic acids, antigen detection shall be carried out.cheap rapid antigen test - UDXBIO

(1) Main conditions to be met. In order to ensure quality and safety and avoid cross infection between doctors and patients, antigen detection conducted by primary medical and health institutions should meet the following conditions at the same time:

1. The sample collection and testing personnel shall have received biosafety training and technical operation training, and passed the examination.

2. Have appropriate instruments and equipment such as biosafety cabinets, and protect medical personnel during testing.

3. The detection operation should be carried out in a relatively independent and well ventilated space; Grass roots medical and health institutions with laboratory conditions are encouraged to conduct testing operations in the laboratory.

4. Establish the report, transfer system and work flow of personnel with positive antigen detection.

(2) Disposal of test results.

1. For those with positive antigen detection, the primary medical and health institutions should immediately report to the disease control department under their jurisdiction, and the first aid center should transfer the antigen positive personnel to the medical institutions with fever clinics for nucleic acid detection according to the guidelines for the transfer of personnel related to the new coronal pneumonia epidemic.

2. For those who are negative for antigen testing, the basic level medical and health institutions should give symptomatic treatment, instruct them to observe at home, conduct antigen testing once a day for five consecutive days from the day of treatment, avoid social activities, wear masks correctly, wash hands and ventilate frequently. If the antigen results are negative until the symptoms disappear, other intervention measures may not be taken. Once the antigen result is positive, the positive person should immediately report to the community (village and town) where he/she lives. The community (village and town) should contact the emergency center to transfer him/her to the medical institution with fever clinic for nucleic acid testing according to the guidelines for the transfer of personnel related to the new coronal pneumonia epidemic; The sampling swabs, sampling tubes, test cards, etc. used by the positive personnel are put into sealed bags and transferred to medical institutions for disposal as medical waste.

(3) Preparation of testing reagents. Primary medical and health institutions equipped with antigen testing reagents are included in centralized bidding procurement, which can continuously reduce the price of testing reagents and reduce the burden of testing costs through provincial centralized bidding procurement.
